So, Ripple has brainstorming.
This usually means utter brilliance or absolute chaos, there is no in between! I wanted the input of my fellow Rangers for a simple timeline that can help shape the creation and formation of the pack so that includes all the officers and other characters interested in joining up with Rooster. I was going to whip up a post tonight for the meeting, but decided that was impulsive and sloppy, not to mention inconsiderate, to my fellow Rangers. Before hosting an actual meeting thread for the group, I sketched out a rough timeline that might help achieve an equilibrium in Graycott.
TIMELINE-
Rooster was interested in creating The Rangers, because he has seen some lawless activity and ill-treatment of others out and about, and feels that the natural order of things has been tampered with since humans fell out their place on the hierarchy of life. Rooster has met Dharma, a dog who has suffered abuse and neglect in her life. He has also met the immature trouble-maker Korvette, who turned out to be pretty alright, but was intent on doing foolish and dangerous things despite Rooster's warning. Dharma and Rooster are currently becoming fast friends and travel companions. WarPaint , we can also roleplay this part out and use liquid time to our advantage (I'd love to RP them finding the Chateau), but I really had the wonderful idea that Dharma and Rooster could discover the Chateau together after Rooster promised not to leave Dharma and travel with her in Whiskey Pop. The Chateau could be the place where Rooster and Dharma shelter, and while there Rooster will/does get the idea he wants to see a whole community of others like him and Dharma coexisting, dogs brought together by craving justice, order, happiness, and peace. To give a purpose to those who feel lost or abandoned, to make them feel loved and like they have a family. He could talk this idea out with Dharma then decide to find others who feel like him. Dharma is his secret inspiration for the group and he hopes that he can help others like he helped her.

This is when we could have our meeting thread, simply a moment where Rooster has found some faces and shared some of his ideas and invites them to come to the Chateau to hear what his idea is all about. It is here they can discuss the purpose of the group, the purpose of the community and law enforcement, and where Rooster can then award them positions as a part of the law enforcement team, but it will be like a quickie election in which the small group votes for the positions IC. It also a thread where others who want to be apart of The Rangers can join in, even though they aren't high ranking. Currently, as it stands, Bran, Stark, Yakov, Dharma, Rooster, and Panzer will be apart of the Rangers, so I expect this group of dogs will be our founder generation <3
WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS? C: After Dharma and Rooster find the Chateau, it can be implied OC that Rooster passed on a short message to Bran, Yakov, Stark, and Panzer about his idea and they accept his invitation to come to the Chateau, which will be our meeting thread and the founder generation can finalize The Rangers?
